Redeem a gift voucher

If you'd like to spend your voucher on books or gifts from our bookshop you simply need to enter your voucher code at checkout. 
If you're planning to use your voucher code to set up one of our subscriptions we've included a bit more information below - we can’t wait to welcome you into Parrot Street Book Club!

Using a gift voucher to start a new subscription


To get started simply head to the Join the Club page and select your reading category. You can choose between our Parakeet (illustrated chapter books for early readers), Cockatoo (longer books for more confident readers) or Macaw titles (for tweens and early teens). If you need a bit more information about our three reading groups, please check out our FAQs. 

If you have a physical gift voucher, select the duration indicated on the voucher. If you have a digital gift card, select the duration equivalent to the price indicated on your gift card. You can also opt to upgrade your subscription to a longer duration or add a sibling - additional charges will apply depending on the value of your gift card.

NB. Prices shown above are for UK shipping only. If you are shipping to an address outside the UK, your gift voucher should also cover any additional shipping charges for your region. You can find further details of these charges on our delivery page.

Add to cart, head to checkout and enter the voucher code during the payment process. You will also be asked to enter your card details for future payments and to cover any upgrades you have selected, but you can stop the renewal at any time from within your account or by contacting us.

 

Then you just need to enter the delivery details before you’re ready to start receiving your monthly delivery of bookish fun!

 

As soon as you’ve redeemed your gift subscription we’ll pop a welcome pack in the post to you which includes an introductory guide, bookmark, reading record and pencil. Please note however that your first book will be shipped at the beginning of the month after you redeem your voucher.
